A. Honesty

Integrity and honesty are our primary values ​​in all our business processes and relationships. We act with transparency and honesty in our relations with employees and all our stakeholders.

B. Confidentiality
Confidential and private information; It includes information about Titiz Group Companies that may create disadvantages in terms of competition, trade secrets, financial and other information, information on personnel rights and information within the framework of "confidentiality agreements" concluded with third parties.
As Titiz Group employees; We take care to protect the confidentiality and private information of our customers, employees and other relevant persons and organizations we work with. Protects confidential information regarding the activities of the Group Companies, uses this information only for the purposes of the Titiz Group; We only share this information with the relevant persons within the specified authorities.
While leaving our company, confidential information and documents we have due to our duties and projects, regulations, etc. we do not take the work out.

Conflict of Interest
As Titiz Group employees, we aim to avoid conflicts of interest. Taking advantage of our current position; We do not gain personal benefit from persons and organizations with whom we have business relations personally, through our family or relatives. We do not engage in any business activity based on an additional financial interest other than Titiz Group Companies. We do not use our meticulous name and strength, our meticulous identity for personal benefit.
In the event of a potential conflict of interest, when we believe that the interests of the relevant parties can be safely protected through legal and ethical methods, we apply these methods. In case of hesitation, we consult our manager, the Human Resources Department.

D. Our Responsibilities
Besides our legal responsibilities; We take care to fulfill our responsibilities to our customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers and business partners, our competitors, society, humanity and on behalf of Titiz.

1. Our Legal Responsibilities
All our activities and transactions available in Turkey and abroad, T.C. We execute within the framework of the laws and legal norms of the region in which we operate, and provide accurate, complete and understandable information to legal regulatory institutions and organizations in a timely manner.
While conducting all our activities and transactions, we take an equal distance from all kinds of public institutions and organizations, administrative organizations, non-governmental organizations and political parties without any expectation of benefit and fulfill our obligations with this sense of responsibility.

2. Our Responsibilities Towards Our Customers
We work with a proactive approach focused on customer satisfaction and responding to the needs and demands of our customers in the shortest time and in the most accurate way. Provides our services on time and under our promised conditions; We approach our customers within the framework of respect, honor, justice, equality and courtesy.

3. Our Responsibilities Towards Employees
We ensure that employees' personal rights are used fully and correctly. We approach our employees honestly and fairly and commit to a non-discriminatory, safe and healthy working environment. We make the necessary effort for the personal development of our employees, support them in volunteering for appropriate social and social activities in which they will take part with social responsibility awareness, and we observe the balance between business life and private life.

We act within the framework of financial discipline and accountability, we manage our company's resources and assets and our working time with the awareness of efficiency and savings. We take care to increase our competitiveness and invest in areas that have growth potential and provide the highest return to the connected resource. To our shareholders; We provide timely, accurate, complete and understandable information about our financial statements, strategies, investments and risk profile.

5. Our Responsibilities Towards Our Suppliers / Business Partners
As expected from a good customer, we behave fairly and respectfully, we take care to fulfill our obligations on time. We carefully protect the confidential information of the individuals and organizations we do business with and our business partners.

6. Our Responsibilities Towards Our Competitors
We compete effectively only in areas that are legal and ethical and avoid unfair competition.
We support efforts to establish a competitive structure targeted in society.

7. Our Responsibilities Towards Society and Humanity
Protection of democracy, human rights and the environment; education and charity work, and the elimination of crime and corruption are very important to us. It acts sensitively as a pioneer in social matters with the awareness of being a good citizen; We try to take a role in non-governmental organizations, public benefit services, and appropriate activities on these issues.
