As Titiz Plastik, it is an integral part of our business to take the necessary measures to minimize our negative impacts on the environment during all our activities for a sustainable and progressive future, and to prevent losses by prioritizing occupational health and safety. In this regard, within Titiz Plastik, we establish environmental, occupational health and safety management systems in accordance with the standards of the "Environmental Management System" and the "Occupational Health and Safety Management System", in full compliance with laws, regulations and bylaws, EU directives and other requirements related to the environment and occupational safety, and we strengthen them by supporting continuous improvement. We also ensure that our subcontractors implement, with the same discipline and understanding, the provisions stipulated by the laws, the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as their methods and principles. In all its activities, Titiz accepts as the basis of its Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy the protection of the environment, continuous improvement, the efficient use of natural resources, the prevention of pollution, the priority reduction and segregation of waste generated during its activities at the source, its recovery through recycling, its disposal by the most appropriate methods, full compliance with laws related to the environment and occupational health and safety, and the creation of safe working environments with the participation of employees and employee representatives. Within the framework of this policy;

• To fulfill all regulations and legal obligations related to the environment and OHS, as well as the rules and other requirements of our customers in line with the environment and OHS,
• To use raw materials and energy resources effectively and efficiently in order to protect natural resources, and to ensure continuous development in the technology of the products it manufactures,
• To identify the environmental impacts of all our activities, to ensure the recovery of generated waste as much as possible, to minimize it where recovery is not possible, and to ensure that such waste is disposed of without harming the environment,
• To follow technological developments and carry out continuous improvements to prevent and keep environmental pollution under control,
• To provide continuous training to our employees in order to raise environmental awareness and instill individual responsibility,
• To improve our environmental performance by cooperating with our customers, suppliers, public institutions and stakeholders with whom we share the same environment,
• To provide ergonomic and healthy working environments for all employees in a way that reduces the risk of work accidents and occupational diseases,
• To establish and implement a framework for environmental and OHS objectives,
• To eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks,
• To provide training to improve employees' awareness of the environment and occupational health and safety,
• To ensure the participation of employees and/or employee representatives in all OHS processes,
• To carry out the necessary activities to create and develop Environment, Occupational Health and Safety awareness among our employees, customers and suppliers in order to achieve our Environment and OHS objectives,
• By addressing risks and opportunities in internal and external issues to achieve our strategic goals, to ensure the health and safety of employees, and to produce environmentally friendly, user-friendly and safe, high-quality products in compliance with national and international health standards,
• To meet the needs and expectations of our stakeholders,
• To carry out activities that continuously improve working conditions and the working environment in order to ensure employees' health and safety related to work, and to keep them under constant control by eliminating hazards and reducing OHS risks,
• To develop our corporate OHS culture by ensuring employees' consultation and participation for the continuous improvement of the OHS management system and OHS performance,
