In this direction, Titiz Plastik creates environmental, occupational health, and occupational safety management systems in accordance with the "Environmental Management System" and "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" standards by abiding by the laws, regulations and regulations, EU directives, and other requirements for environmental and occupational safety and strengthens it by supporting it with continuous improvement.
It also makes its subcontractors apply the provisions stipulated by the laws, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, methods and principles with the same discipline and understanding.
Meticulous, in all activities carried out, to protect the environment, continuously improve, use natural resources effectively, prevent pollution, reduce and separate the wastes generated during their activities primarily at their source, recycle them, to dispose of them with the most appropriate methods, in full compliance with the laws on environment and occupational health and safety. It accepts providing and creating safe working environments with the participation of employees and employee representatives as the basis of the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
Under this policy;

  • To fulfill all environmental and OHS regulations and legal obligations, our customers' environmental and OHS rules and other conditions,
  • To use raw materials and energy resources effectively and efficiently to protect natural resources, to ensure continuous improvement in the product technology it produces,
  • By determining the environmental impacts of all our activities, we ensure that the wastes generated are recycled as much as possible, when recycling is not possible, minimized and these wastes are disposed of without harming the environment
  • To make continuous improvements to prevent and control environmental pollution by following technological developments,
  • To provide continuous training to our employees to create environmental awareness and gain individual responsibility,
  • To increase our environmental performance by cooperating with our customers, suppliers, official institutions and our stakeholders with whom we share the same environment,
  • To provide ergonomic and healthy work environments for all employees in a way to reduce the risk of work accidents and occupational diseases (by analyzing the health and safety risks in the work life of groups that require special policies),
  • To establish and implement a framework for environmental and OHS targets,
  • To eliminate the danger and reduce the OHS risks,
  • To organize training in order to increase the awareness of employees on the environment and occupational health and safety,
  • Ensuring the participation of employees and/or employee representatives in all OHS processes,
  • To carry out the necessary activities for the creation and development of Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety awareness among our employees, customers, and suppliers in order to achieve our environmental and OHS targets
  • To produce quality products in accordance with national and international health standards that provide environmentally friendly, ease of use and safety by addressing risks and opportunities to achieve our strategic goals in internal and external issues,
