By following the modern technological developments in the production of plastic materials in contact with food, we keep communication and training in the foreground to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, meet the needs and expectations of our customers by ensuring hygienic conditions at every stage of production, and inform the public, consumers and suppliers about food safety. to convey and/or request this information, to provide quality and hygienic products; In this direction, we undertake to comply with the legal regulations, to continuously improve its efficiency and to ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.
HYGIENE POLICY
To determine the physical, chemical, and biological food safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers, to control them, and ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND JEWELRY POLICY
It is not allowed to enter the production areas without a protective apron or bonnet. No jewelry can be used while working in production areas. Aprons should be clean and caps should be used to completely cover the ears and hair. The cleaning of the aprons is provided by the applications carried out by our company.
SMOKING AND MEAL POLICY
Smoking and eating or drinking are prohibited in our production and storage areas and locker rooms. Warning signs are posted in places where they can be seen. Visitors and subcontractors are ensured to comply with this rule.
POLICY OF ENTRANCE TO PRODUCTION AREAS
Our visitors, our suppliers, enter our production areas by wearing special aprons, and bonnets and are subject to a visitor checklist.
FOREIGN SUBSTANCE POLICY
Glass, fragile plastic materials, wood, and wire materials have been removed from use in order to prevent foreign materials that may cause physical contamination in our production areas. The existing glass and fragile plastic materials and metal equipment are protected. In cases where it is necessary to use, special blades are used and regularly checked.
PERSONNEL'S HEALTH CONTROL POLICY
Periodic health examinations of the personnel are made. In cases of contagious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing, and sneezing, the production manager is removed from the production area and sent to health control.
