Human Rights and Employee Rights Policy

Titiz Plastik, which has a reputable and reliable position with its activities and performance, aims to create a work environment that respects human rights and to spread this understanding in order to increase the awareness and consciousness of its employees, customers and stakeholders.

Titiz Plastik personnel are obliged to conduct their relations with each other and with customers within the framework of the principles of honesty, trust, impartiality and transparency, without any discrimination based on language, religion, race, gender, philosophical belief, sect, etc., in line with their respect for human rights and Titiz Plastik Ethical Principles. It is essential that these relations are maintained in a manner free from behaviors that may be perceived as ill-treatment and that will not disrupt the working environment.

Titiz Plastik managers are obliged to take the necessary measures to prevent all kinds of ill-treatment, discrimination or harassment and to report any suspected situations to Human Resources. If personnel have a complaint on this matter, they may inform their managers or directly contact Human Resources.

Such complaints are not used against the complainant and the situation is examined with due seriousness and concluded accordingly. If Titiz Plastik determines the existence of discrimination, harassment or similar ill-treatment, it is responsible for implementing the necessary administrative sanctions against the responsible individuals.

In accordance with the Human Rights Policy, Titiz Plastik does not engage in commercial activities with individuals and organizations that are involved in activities prohibited or restricted by national legislation and international conventions to which Turkey is a party, that employ child labor, or that are found to be acting contrary to human rights.

Titiz Plastik has committed, together with the "İşte Eşitlik Bildirgesi" prepared under the leadership of the T.R. Ministry of Family and Social Policies and in cooperation with the World Economic Forum, to voluntarily comply with the principles aimed at eliminating gender-based discrimination and to take the lead in promoting these principles nationwide.

Titiz Plastik currently supports women's participation in the workforce through its Human Resources practices carried out on the basis of equality between men and women, its new recruitments, and its existing female employees. It takes the necessary measures to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all personnel, both women and men, and aims to maintain a working environment where equality and industrial peace prevail.

Titiz Plastik makes every effort to provide equal opportunities to its personnel, without discrimination, both in recruitment and in career development. It aims to ensure that female employees who become mothers can continue on their career paths from where they left off and benefit equally from career opportunities, thereby maintaining a work environment that preserves work-family life balance.

Titiz Plastik personnel are employed in accordance with the provisions of Labor Law No. 4857. Titiz Plastik respects the constitutional right to unionization and collective bargaining. It exercises the utmost care to create a healthy working environment for its employees. In addition to taking the necessary measures in line with legal regulations on Occupational Health and Safety, İSG trainings are provided to personnel.

The requests and complaints of Titiz Plastik employees regarding working conditions, personal rights, duties and responsibilities are conveyed to and followed up by Human Resources. Titiz Plastik does not make any distinction between candidates, other than competency criteria, either in the provision of services or in the processes of appointment and promotion of personnel.

Titiz Plastik is against forced and compulsory labor. It expects the same approach from its customers within the framework of the declarations and various policies it has issued on human rights.
