Quality Policy: The main quality policy of Titiz Plastik is "ABSOLUTE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ". In order to achieve this, we adopt the following principles:

Titiz Plastik defines strategies that would allow the company to reach its vision and realize its mission and establishes policies and targets in order to be able to implement such strategies, which also include Titiz Plastik Social Responsibility targets.   • Plan and implement the process for management review and improvement.

As an integral part of Titiz Plastik's strategy, this policy is regularly reviewed by the corporate senior management and the Board of Directors commits to ensuring its proper implementation.
