In the event that a mobile phone, vehicle, and computer are allocated to you, your personal data may be processed for the purposes of maintenance, repair, and productivity.

Your collected personal data will be processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK for the purposes of fulfilling our contractual obligations, continuation of Company activities, organization of work, fulfillment of employer responsibilities, ensuring occupational safety, management, audit, and performance of work, ensuring our responsibilities towards public institutions and organizations, and security of employees.

2. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

The Company may transfer personal data to suppliers, business partners and business contacts, security forces, public institutions, relevant ministries and directorates; public institutions and legal entities assigned pursuant to labor and social security laws, and legally authorized public institutions, within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK, for the purposes of fulfilling its contractual obligations, continuation of Company activities, organization of work, fulfillment of employer responsibilities, ensuring occupational safety, management, audit, and performance of work, ensuring our responsibilities towards public institutions and organizations, and security of employees, including but not limited to those listed below.

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data are obtained in any verbal, written, electronic or digital environment, in line with the purposes mentioned above, in order for the Company to fully and accurately fulfill its responsibilities arising from the employment contract, service contracts, etc. to which it is a party, and the laws, especially labor and social security laws and contractual rights and obligations. Your personal data collected for this legal reason may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this text within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law

As personal data subjects, in the event that you submit your requests regarding your rights in writing to our Company, our Company will finalize them within the periods specified in the Law, at the latest within 30 (thirty) days, after verifying your identity, depending on the nature of the request.

In this context, personal data subjects have the right to;

• Learn whether their personal data is processed,
• Request information if their personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred in the country or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request that the operation performed in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and request that the operation performed in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand the compensation of the damage in the event that they incur damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
