Security Policy

Security is a serious and important matter that protects both human life and capital, which is the product of intensive effort and years of accumulation.
Security is not only the responsibility of those assigned with security duties within the company, but an issue to be observed by every employee at every level.
Security needs are determined within the framework of "Risk Assessment" and "Legal Regulations". These needs are met based on their priorities and their importance within the Legal regulations.
The "Necessary-Sufficient" level is taken into account when determining security needs.
Long-term and/or high-cost Security needs are met in accordance with the relevant procedures (Training, Construction, Procurement, etc.).
The concept of Security can in no way be a justification for exceeding legal limits.
Local Law Enforcement is always taken into consideration in security planning and implementation.
The basic principles of Security Practices cannot be determined at levels below the General Manager. Changes to the established principles can only be made with the approval of this level and higher levels. Implementers may only use their initiative within the area assigned to them.
Security breaches are reported to higher levels without delay. Depending on the seriousness and urgency of the incident, the level of notification starts from the Human Resources Manager and extends up to the Chairman of the Board. Details are included in the Emergency Procedure.
All measures have been taken for the safety and security of the workplace.
All employees must cooperate to make the company a safe and secure place to work; they must immediately report any behavior they consider suspicious to their supervisors or to the phone numbers 131, 162, 125.

Anyone who observes non-compliance with the matters explained in the following articles is obliged, in the name of public peace and security, to immediately report the situation to the authorities they can reach, to the law enforcement agencies.
All work related to Security has been documented in writing.
Threat awareness and awareness training is also provided to all our employees within the structure of Titiz.
