In this context, we expect all our entities to manage the economic, social, and environmental impacts of their activities with a sense of responsibility and to keep social development as a primary item on their agenda. We define our understanding of social responsibility and our priorities in this regard by taking into account what is best for society and the environment.
Legal Responsibility
- At Titiz Plastik, all actions are carried out in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in force.
- In all geographies in which we operate, we take care to fulfill our social and environmental responsibilities towards society in harmonious cooperation with our shareholders, employees, the public sector, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders.

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
- Titiz Plastik employees are free in all respects, including with regard to collective bargaining and forming associations.
Prevention of Discrimination

Remuneration
- At Titiz Plastik, salaries are evaluated based on the knowledge and skills of our employees and no payment is made below the minimum wage.
- Wages paid for normal working hours, overtime, and shift differentials are at or even above the legal minimum wage level. No unlawful or unjust deductions are made from salaries.
Working Hours
- Titiz Plastik complies with all applicable national laws and sectoral standards regarding working hours and official holidays.
- Titiz Plastik arranges working hours as stipulated by law, does not regularly impose overtime, and grants its employees one day off per week.
Health and Safety in the Workplace
- Titiz Plastik fulfills legal requirements for the health and safety of all its employees, takes necessary measures to prevent all health and safety risks to personnel, and ensures occupational health and safety by supporting the development of its employees through training opportunities.
- Our employees' working environment is adequately equipped, and every kind of hygienic condition is provided so they can meet their basic needs under conditions appropriate to health standards.
Prohibition of Child Labor
- At Titiz Plastik, the minimum working age is as stipulated by law, and the employment of child labor is neither permitted nor supported.

All our companies are obliged to identify and implement all kinds of improvement and development efforts that will minimize their environmental impacts to the lowest possible level, in line with their areas of activity.
- All the principles set out in this policy document are implemented through the necessary regulations, and the level of implementation is audited by the relevant units. We regard the success that companies demonstrate in their social responsibility practices as an important criterion in the evaluation of their corporate performance.
